At The Northern Line, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items securely in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
